Individual Therapy

$160 CAD / 50 mins

One-on-one sessions to explore anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, or personal growth. We create a confidential space to understand your patterns and move toward the change you want.

Couples Counselling

$185 CAD / 50 mins

For partners looking to improve communication, navigate conflict, or deepen connection. We work together to identify the cycle you're stuck in and find new ways of relating.

Family Therapy

$185 CAD / 50 mins

Supporting families to resolve conflict, improve understanding, and strengthen bonds. Useful for navigating parenting challenges, transitions, or long-standing relational dynamics.

Existential Therapy

Focuses on free will, self-determination, and the search for meaning. We explore how you can live more authentically and make choices that align with your values.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Encourages you to embrace your thoughts and feelings rather than fighting them, while taking committed action toward what matters most to you.

Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)

Views emotions as key to identity and decision-making. We work to identify, experience, and manage emotions to promote healing and connection.

Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Offers practical ways to change unhelpful thinking and behavioral patterns. We examine how your thoughts influence your feelings and actions.

Insurance

Coverage & Reimbursement

While I do not offer direct billing, I provide a detailed receipt following payment. You can submit this to your insurance provider for reimbursement, depending on your coverage.

Checking Your Plan: I recommend contacting your provider to see if "Counselling Services" or "Registered Clinical Counsellor" services are covered under your specific plan.

Payment Details

Payment is due at the time of each session. Methods accepted:

  • E-transfer
  • Credit Card

I offer all new clients a free 20-minute introduction call to ensure we are a good fit.
