I draw from evidence-based modalities including Existential Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
How long does therapy usually last?
The duration varies for everyone. Some clients find resolution in a few months, while others prefer long-term exploration. There is no minimum or maximum requirement for sessions.
Are you available on evenings or weekends?
I aim to accommodate busy schedules. Please inquire via the form or email regarding my current availability for evening or weekend sessions.
Do you provide receipts for insurance?
Yes. I provide a receipt after each session which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement, depending on your specific coverage plan.
